OK. I have researched and believed many who have sworn to use this raft for travel. I'm here to add an exclamation mark to all the positive comments on this amazing raft. I will also humble myself (and throw my husband under the bus) by posting photos as proof. None of us bathes in beauties, but YES! Those gleaming rafts survived even us. I bought two of these for a trip to Hawaii because I wanted to take some floating water that was light, compact and small. That was excellent! They are incredibly light and fold like jeans. They only need a few seconds to explode and deflate. The material also felt very high quality. You don't feel like it gets punctured easily and the seat won't tear. And I've used them next to rocks that I've been scratching on and they've been fine. You can also use them for multiple sitting/lying positions.

This is the most dangerous floating pool I have ever been in. Buy with caution! You won't want to get up/leave the pool anymore. I might not be able to get my Netflix this summer. Let this be a cautionary tale to anyone using this on the lake: YOU WILL GET TOO COMFORTABLE AND SWIMMING. This float swings. As you can see from the picture I finally got smart and held on to the rope so I didn't have to do full Michael Phillips training to get back to the boat on the lake. I ordered two of these, blue and orange. Still only the color, one star deducted because of the price. it is very expensive. I paid a few bucks less for similar ones (different colors/patterns) at my local chain store and found absolutely no difference in quality between these and those. They are even from the same brand and in the same box. But if you decide to buy them for the convenience of shipping to your door, here's my review. I bought them for a six day vacation because I needed floats.
