Feel the difference

I bought this replacement filter for my system. Ordering and installation was easy. Removes chlorine and other harmful industrial chemicals. Now I can drink water knowing it's 100% safe. Thanks for the product!

Take-back for replacement water filter

All right with them. They ship fast. Be careful though, specs are printed small and not in the header. Take your measurements and, if necessary, write to the company for clarification. These are 4 inch diameter people.

One came with cracks and chips

After installing one of the filters, I opened the other filter and noticed that a crack and chips had been knocked out. Black matter (assuming it's carbon) comes out. I can't return any of these as I already have them installed.

Outstanding performance

Filter eliminates unwanted odors and tastes. and water transparency. As I work in the water filtration industry I believe I have the right to make such an assessment. The previous filter was a redundant mud filter used to soften water - I replaced it with this filter and it changed the world. Now all I have to do is reroute some of my plumbing so my outside faucets don't use this filter that feeds the rest of our home.

Carbon particles turn water black/brown - look for another filter

Installed in September 2020, the filter eliminated city water taste and odor issues. However, fine carbon particles accumulate in the hot water tank. I flushed the hot water tank 3 times and the hot water went from black to gray to light grey. This is especially noticeable when the bath is filled with hot water. Cold water does not produce colored water. The hot water tank was replaced about a month before the filter was installed. The inlet and outlet gauges show a pressure drop ofโ€ฆ
