💧 AQUACREST Replacement: Highly Effective Chlorine Reduction Solution Review

Two filters installed under the sink. Works as advertised, helps filter groundwater in our faucet. We also wash baby bottles with it and the like.

Filters are rated for more gallons than original equipment filters. The list of filters with more impurities is reduced from the original one. Installation was very easy, I had no leaks. I'll put them back on my shopping list.

I bought these for my sister who had GE filters which are no longer made. As a replacement, they seem to work well. She said the water was delicious (tasteless), odorless. I noticed that after 4 months the water was cleaner than with the original GE filters.

This is the second set I've bought. The first set was returned due to lack of printing. Only one of the second set worked. The other immediately licked under pressure. Not worth the small savings! I'm going back to OEM GE filters! Don't waste your money on this garbage.

After installing the second set of filters I noticed that the water flow is not as strong as when I first bought it. In general this is a good quality and durability product. Isn't that the water flow the same? Not disappointed just takes a little longer to fill glasses and jars.

This is the perfect size for my under sink water filter. We have very hard water, with our old filter the water is still hard after our water softener and filter so we will use this filter under the sink and filter the water a second time to make the water taste right. I see no need to use my fridge water filter jug with this one. I am very comfortable.

Reportedly an improvement over the AQUACREST FQSVF ($8 more). How do I know if this is really better than FQSVF? The product appears to be of high quality and I have no doubt that a higher quality charcoal filter is better. The water taste is very good. I can say that the chlorine is removed in the same way as with FQSVF. I will buy this again. After installing replacement filters for 2 weeks, I suddenly found black deposits at the bottom of the glass. At first I thought the glass wasn't clean. So I washed it thoroughly and refilled the glass. I saw black dirt in the glass again. At first I didn't believe what I saw.
