Dangerous, Kill My Shrimp

My shrimp are thriving with no problems. Active, had juveniles and females bearing berries. I decided to try this to make them better and used an eyedropper to add 3 drops. In the next 2 days I found 5 dead shrimp and 1 mysterious snail. I've done a lot of water changes and I hope this helps. I can't say it will kill your shrimp but I don't recommend it and personally don't think it's worth the risk.

Pros
  • Freshwater shrimp and crayfish need extra nutrients for molting and osmoregulation
Cons
  • Negative result found

I'm Iron Shrimp. - Aquarium Water Treatment

I have had some issues with improper shedding of some of my cherry shrimp even though the basic water parameters were good. The guy at the local pet store suggested this but they don't stock it so I went to Revain. After using it for a few months my shrimp started listening to Black Sabbath and watching Marvel movies. They lose easily and sometimes give me a high five when I feed them. The color convinced me.

Pros
  • Ideal for all freshwater shrimp, crab and lobster
Cons
  • Expensive

Dosing info would be helpful

Just started using the product as an additive to cherry shrimp. My only complaint is that the list doesn't include dosing information and the recommended dosage is 5ml per gallon of water added to the tank. It's a 118ml bottle, so it's rated for just under 24 gallons. This means that one bottle is enough for about two water changes. Although the product is fairly cheap, I will have to order a bottle every two weeks to keep up with dosing at this level.

Pros
  • Convenient dosing cap included - add 5mL (1 teaspoon) per 1 gallon of temperature controlled tap water or purified water
Cons
  • The list will go on.

My shrimp saved! suitable for aquarium water treatment

I use well water and have been told it is ideal for shrimp. My shrimp kept dying. I went to the office and they tested the water. It turned out that my water was very low in calcium, magnesium and other essential minerals. My local pet store suggested I try Aqueon Shrimp Essentials, but they were out of stock. I got on at Revain and ordered. It came quickly and I used it right away when changing the water. The shrimp come out bigger and seem very happy. No fatalities yet, one shed today with no
