Installed in our cabin where the water is terrible. It made a big difference and now we can actually use water for cooking and drinking. The box turned out to be more compact than I expected, which is nice. And the instructions were easy to follow.

We have a house that nobody lives in and the water tastes stale after being empty for a while. There are also very old pipes and water from the tank. Now the water tastes so good and the system was pretty easy to install. I was worried about the installation as the house is so old.

My husband installed this in about 3 hours. On our side, we ran into some issues related to the size of the pre-drilled hole in our granite counter. Once installed it took the rest of the day to leave water running until we were ready to drink water. The taste is great, it's perfect for well water and we don't have to buy drinking water anymore.

Instructions are good but not great. I made the mistake of not putting my knee on the bottom of the reverse osmosis membrane. I figured it was just an elbow and with my setup I don't need it to turn 90 degrees so I gave up. Well it turns out this is also a flow restrictor and needs 100% for the system to work. He just poured water down the drain for hours. Oops. Could have been avoided with clearer language in the instructions. Expect a total of 3 hours to install this thing.

This system removes unwanted substances from water and improves its clarity and taste. Before this system, my water was colored and left stains on the counter and dishes. The setup seems intimidating, but the instructions are very clear and the process only took 15 minutes. The only downside is that the installation takes up quite a bit of space under the sink so I had to play around with where to plug it in. Worth every penny to ensure my water is healthy to drink and tastes great!

Maybe it's just me, but I like the slightly slimmer design of the tank compared to others. This allowed me to leave more space under the sink for all the other stuff hidden in there. It is very easy to install the filters individually and the water in my cabin is MUCH tastier than it used to be. I would like to start by saying that I am very picky when it comes to water. I'm wary of tap water and notice a slight difference in the taste of the water I drink from.
