I ordered a pair of these medium sized trainers for my child who wears a size 8-10 and ended up gifting them to my older brother who wears a size 10-12. This pant is very cute and looks like it will be very warm. Unfortunately they were too big for my daughter when they arrived. Based on other reviews I ordered these youth trousers for my 11 year old in a size 14/16. I suspected the waist would be too wide/large, but I read there are adjustable velcro straps to tighten the waist. Belts didn't solve the problem of an oversized waist.
