Arcustech service is very cheap for both in term of price they are paying per month as well their support. I really like that service because it's easy to use when you have issues with your server (such as slow response time) or need help adjusting some parameters which would improve performance/speed etc - everything can be done through console panel via ssh connection. I have been using the service for a couple of years now and I never have any problems. They are always up to date with the latest versions of their software and always respond to any issues or questions. They are also flexible with their pricing.
