Personally I was very satisfied I didn't know what to expect but the seat is nice and big for your booty and the materials are all nice and heavy

It was difficult to put together. The bolts weren't long enough to hook them. A vise was needed to hold them tight enough for assembly. The chair feels wobbly and not very comfortable. I left it because it looks good and isn't used often.

As much as I love this chair I have to give it one star. I received my first chair and within a week the wheel was bent and unusable. You changed chairs. My second chair lasted a month before the wheels buckled again. Low quality. Now I'm stuck with a useless expensive chair.

I bought this chair because I liked it. However, if you really want to work in comfort, this chair is not for you. Not only that, the wheels are falling off like they do all the damn time. As much as I want my office to look nice, I don't want my back to hurt after sitting in this chair for 10 minutes and then falling over because the wheels would come off. I've only had him for 5 months - I wouldn't even sell him to anyone, I'd feel guilty for knowingly hurting his back.
