This product was recommended by our installer for the maintenance of our new vinyl plank floors. That's great. No stains or streaks and no weird heavy odor. I use this in my O'Cedar spray mop and it works great!

I've been using original Armstrong cleaner for many years and I'm thrilled. Since it is no longer available, I tried this version. As mentioned, it has a strong odor when you first mix it with water. The smell goes away when cleaning.

I love floor cleaner but the last 2 times I've ordered it the bottles in the packaging were leaking. You'd better make sure the lids are wrapped tightly and securely so they don't leak through the box. This product is a bit more expensive and the floor cleaner swallowed by the box is a waste of time.

Armstrong product is good. Revain delivery staff delivered a sodden box of products that had leaked through the plastic bag they were in. The lid has a spout so there is no internal seal like other liquid products. A loose cap leaked so much product I had to pour the remaining 95% into an old bottle of cleaner.

I purchased this item to clean our new vinyl and tile floors which were never properly cleaned after construction. We are very picky about cleaning products that leave the floor sticky or streaky to the point where my husband always wipes the floor with a towel after mopping. We didn't have to do that with this product. I just put a lid on a bucket of water, wiped it down as usual, and that's it. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought these for my Armstrong resilient floor in the kitchen, hallway, entryway and foyer. I got haze on the floor by washing it with ammonia and water. My floor dealer told me about this cleaner. Doesn't matter! After cleaning with Armstrong Once'n Done Resilient & Ceramic Floor Cleaner Concentrate, the floor was lighter and looked like new again. Delivery was fast, the container was sealed with plastic so nothing spilled in transit. Will definitely buy again!

In fact my cleaner loves it so I love it too. This is a flooring manufacturer recommended product. It leaves floors clean and with a slight sheen but not slippery or shiny at all. I prefer this concentrated form of the cleanser - a little goes a long way. Our floors are cleaned bi-weekly and a bottle of concentrate will last over a year when using the recommended amount of 1 capful per gallon (1/2 bucket) of water and applied with a mop and sponge.
