I can say that it raised the level when I first used the UV gel. The gel is thick, but not at all unpleasant in taste. The grip is pleasant and after a slight twist, the gel is easily distributed. I leave it on for 15 minutes with a UV face mask. I had no burning gums or sensitivity to my teeth. I was happy to see the results on the first use!

Your teeth can hurt a little when using blue light, so I like the blue and red light function to reduce the intensity of the whitening LED. It's also great that it comes with a charger for the LED lamp, so you can get the whitening gel and use the LED lamp for years. I've only been using it for a short time but I feel like I can already see an improvement in the brightness of my teeth!
