Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The numbers disappear and no longer work. An error occurred while setting the timer.

So I was expecting a big red clock for my class. It's small. I see it on my desk, but my students don't see it on the blackboard. The buttons are also very difficult to press. It breaks off every now and then, even in the middle of the timing. My hunt for the big giant Timer continues.

While this is a very good item for the kitchen, this is NOT what I was looking for. I wanted an item that would last up to 50 hours as I was going to use it for our road trips. If it had said so in the description, I wouldn't have bought it. I subsequently bought one that lasts up to 99 hours, which I'm very happy with.

I first read the dimensions and realized it's smaller. It's funny that they use BIG in the name. Please read the dimensions! Anyway, it's a simple, easy-to-use, and easy-to-understand deck-sized timer that comes with a battery, stand, and magnets. Easy to check time or something else in class. If I need a bigger one later, I'll order from Lakeshore.

I liked the size and ease of use of this timer. I love how it can stand on a table and is also a magnet. Unfortunately I've been using it since the second day and it doesn't work properly. I install it and press start and it resets. Sometimes I notice it right away and can fix it, other times when I'm teaching and looking at my time it's not even flowing. I teach at a fast pace so this can be confusing. I need a reliable timer!
