I use these shoes for running. They are comfortable, light and supportive. I would buy them again. And the seller included 3 pairs of Aasics socks! A very pleasant surprise.

Order 1/2 size larger. I usually wear other brand sneakers in size 8.5-9, but ASICS size is smaller. They are very comfortable and offer great support. I have gout and planter fasciitis and it's amazing.

I've had Asics as my crossfit/kickboxing training shoe for over 10 years. This is a shoe brand. I especially like this style because it offers a lot of space while still being supportive. There aren't walls of pillows and down like in some of their other styles. The trailing hem goes up so the shoe fits snugly around the foot. Keep my feet cool while exercising and happy

Comfortable overall fit with padded side panels. However, I need ankle support and this model doesn't offer that support. It is important that the arch of the foot is not supported either. .so it is not suitable for long hikes. I only ordered this version because the other model I usually order was out of stock in my size. Overall ASICS shoes are excellent - I have worn several different models. That's the only thing that disappointed me.
