I've seen a lot of bad reviews about this product but some of them are right about colors that are lighter than they show us. I expected some colors to be dark. However, I brought this eyebrow palette as I didn't use this cheap makeup on my face because I'm not going to achieve a flawless look. It is ideal for cleaning the eyebrows and has a creamy texture. So overall it's not a bad product, it all depends on what purpose you brought it for. To be honest I used high quality cosmetics on my face

I didn't like that some colors were harder to mix than others. The palette has different shades, which is very convenient. If you like playing with makeup and using it with other products, this will work great. You get what you pay for, but be aware that better contouring makeup will not live up to your expectations.

The palette is very inconsistent when it comes to different shades and colors - some stick to the brush very easily and others take a long time to rub the brush before you actually see any product get on the brush. It's not a concealer at all, it's very patchy and doesn't blend well. The palette itself is cheap plastic, I think it's hard to be less than satisfied after a quality product. I'm not the type to give bad reviews, but this product deserves it. The shades are VERY ERROR! To be honest I thought they would match the photos from the company's advertisement. Color tones are entirely lighter than shown. I received this palette today and was so excited to try it! Another issue I had was that it was very difficult to get product onto the brush. Poor quality, tint and colors have an ash undertone. I used it once and can't bring myself to use it again. June 25, 2021 Pleasantly surprised that the seller contacted me and offered a new item or a refund. Now it's customer service. I would like to try other products.

It's mediocre. It's pretty good for the price. But I have used better. I bought it to use as a cream liner but the colors weren't great, they were more orange than brown. And they're kind of "hard" and not super creamy like I expected. But it's not the worst purchase I've ever made.

This is a great product but not for beginners. The product did not include an explanation of each product on the pallet, nor did it come with instructions for use. It definitely has what a beginner needs.
