Waste of Money best in my review

This product is not worth the investment. I found that the plastic repair was ineffective at fixing the problem on my automotive. Although it was easy to apply, it did not hold up to regular use.

Pros
  • Easy to apply
Cons
  • Ineffective, Did not hold up

Great for repairing split plastic

Seems well made, definitely not a cheap feel. The number and variety of staples is good, but it would be better if they were wider to add strength to the repair. Comes with a set of dykes/scissors to cut off the staple ends and a small 2-in-1 screwdriver. The gun's heating elements cool down quickly, which is great. Follow the directions and I'm happy to twist a little before you let go of the trigger. It's a good buy but expensive site

Pros
  • Unique stapler provides a strong and durable repair
Cons
  • Could have opted for a newer model

Repaired the dashboard on my 2009 Silverado perfectly. Airbag, but mine was much worse. It was cracked in multiple places, including a crack across the entire dash front to back, leaving one side of the crack about 1/4 inch larger than the other. It looked terrible. I used this gun to mend the gaps and used epoxy and some aluminum pins to add extra grip to the large cracks. Don't know if extra support was needed, but it can't hurt. I can still see the crack looking to the right corner, but it's

Pros
  • Easy to use, saves time and money, CSA approved and patented
Cons
  • Hardly ever
