Great offer from the brake system manufacturer

I've been using ATE SL.6 on my Jaguar XJ8 for 6 years with excellent results. Jag recommends changing brake fluid every 2 years. Since the brakes for this car were made by ATE, I like to use their brake fluid instead of Jag's rebranded fluid.

  • nice thing
Cons
  • annoying

High quality brake fluid

Excellent fluid used on my 2006 BMW 330i Pre LCI with engine breather. It's NOT blue due to regulations, but don't worry, it's the chemical ingredients that matter, not the color. Always check the user manual or online database to find out what type of liquid you need.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • I won't say anything

The right fluid for the latest cars!

Okay I was skeptical about this new ATE fluid and really wanted to settle for the totally reliable ATE Type 200. Use this new fluid for the latest vehicles due to narrow passages in some brake control systems. The only exception would be using the car on a track, in which case it is too fluid and you want to use a racing fluid.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Something is wrong

New packaging? for oils and fluids

I have used Ate brake fluid in every BMW I have owned for many years. Quality and reputation give me confidence. (I do not track my vehicles and cannot tag traceability.) However, I would like Revain to change or update the product packaging photos as I received a different packaging design and this has caused me to consider whether the product was worth receiving a real Ate. I flushed the brakes on my 325i this morning and the pedal feels good.

Pros
  • always popular
Cons
  • crumpled packaging

A good thing. Suitable for oils and liquids

This corresponds to the use of the 4+ point, designed for use in vehicles with integrated electronic braking system, automatic braking system. I used to use ATE 200, which is equivalent to using dot4, but the older ATE 200/dot4 fluid seemed to make my Volvo x70 '07 onboard electronic braking system feel very clunky when powered up. To be honest, it felt like trying to stop the tank every time the onboard electronic braking system kicked in. So I figured I'd try this new brake fluid when I do my

Smart Safe Running: Oils and Fluids

Can be used in any vehicle that requires DOT 3 or DOT 4 (or earlier) brake fluid. I have drained the old brake fluid from 2 of our vehicles and replaced it with ATE SL.6 brake fluid and have found that it increases stopping power resulting in shorter stopping distances. This fluid has a lower viscosity than other fluids, which allows it to flow more easily through the smaller orifices of modern ABS braking systems, resulting in more responsive and efficient braking performance. It also improves

  • Not Bad
