I like that it is easy for me as an administrator with limited technical skills (I am not computer savvy)to use this program! It gives my office staff great visibility into where their coworkers are in attending meetings/events. The software is easy for new users as it's very simple but also allows advanced features that are more difficult with other programs out there! I dislike how complicated some tasks can be if you're not familiar enough (it takes time). If someone isn't an expert in this field they may have difficulty getting started without training first.
