Description of AttendanceBot

AttendanceBot can be summed up as the one app to rule time tracking, absence management, vacation tracking, and employee shift planning. It is completely free for workspaces with upto 5 users. Time tracking for remote teams with AttendanceBot is a breeze. With simple 'in' and 'out' messages, clock in and out and keep a track of your work hours and export accurate timesheets right inside Slack. You can even track time spent on projects and clients and visualise this data on a dashboard. Just dm @attendancebot messages like 'PTO today' or 'Vacation from 3rd Nov to 21st Nov' and it will send your PTO request for approval, notify you on its status and put it on your calendar and set up vacation auto responders. You can also use it to update your remote work and travel status. Admin and HR managers can create more vacation types, set up accruals and let people query their balances, extract powerful reports, view the absence data on a beautiful external dashboard, ingest local holidays and integrate it with Outlook, Google or Apple calendar. An intuitive software for tracking absenteeism

The easy interface makes it simple to use. You are required to login only once and you will see all of your employee's attendance in one place. This feature allows me to have a better view of my employees' attendance and make them accountable in real-time. I would like to have an option where I could add custom fields so that I can track other information regarding my employee's attendance. I have been able to automate my attendance reporting process by using Attendancebot and this has allowed

  • It is super convenient for managers since we don't need any additional software or training besides uploading our schedule/absences with excel! Allows us not having accesssionary paperwork at office because its automatically updates online.

Superb product and excellent customer service

I love that it's easy enough for employees who have no IT experience at all (even those from another country) to use this software. The interface isn't so intuitive for newbies, but once you get used to it it becomes very user friendly. There was nothing about Attendancebot that I disliked. If you're looking for an extremely simple way of keeping track of attendance, or if you just want something really straightforward then Attendance Bot will suit your needs perfectly! Intuitive and user friendly tool for tracking employee work-related absences

I like that it's easy enough anyone in our team could use this without having any training or using other products before - just go through some tutorials online! Some of my colleagues feel overwhelmed by all its features but they are not a problem at least from what we've seen so far since everyone has their own way when working together :) Nothing really comes out negatively about attendancebot either (except maybe lack of support) because everything seems very intuitive once you get used too
