DEFECTIVE IN TWO WEEKS. NO RESPONSE

DEFECTIVE IN TWO WEEKS. I previously sent a message requesting a warranty replacement for one of these lights. I haven't received an answer yet. How can I get a replacement? A LAMP FAILS TO WORK AFTER TWO WEEKS. How do I get a replacement?

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Fading

The reason why the taillights go out

With only one plugged in everything is fine, as soon as the second one is plugged in the taillights on my trailer went out, tried different ways, the only way I get it working is to hook it up to auxiliary power, seems weak time to tell. For the price I think you get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Brakes/locks at highway speeds

Easy installation, very easy to make a rear trailer without a boat. Unfortunately, both broke within minutes while driving on the freeway. Wires, see attached photo. I would not recommend this item as it is not strong enough for street use.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Almost everything is ok

Arrived defective, one bulb does not work

Although the headlights appear to be of high quality, they arrived defective and since the wiring in the unit was soldered, repair was impossible . Thankfully, we tested them before installing them. Took the flashlights to a professional shop who have done hundreds of flashlight installs and they confirmed one of them was bad. The other was quite iffy in the sense that it sometimes turned on sluggishly once it was on. Came back to get a refund from Revain.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities

Second set failure suitable for guides and rollers

I thought the first set failure, the red hose that broke off at the bottom, was an accident so I ordered a second set. To my surprise, the one on the same side broke down about 1/3 of the way from the top of the guide light. And now the other one won't burn if I don't hold it properly. I love the five LED lights, they look really good but after two months on a utility trailer that I only use occasionally they are not worth the money. or trouble.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • So-so

NOT 51 inches long as advertised! Only 28 inches long.

These lamp posts are not the specified length. The listing says 51" long but they are only 28". When I called support they said the listing dimensions were wrong but they hadn't changed the listing! Not very professional. I then waited 45 minutes for the parts seller to tell me they couldn't find the item based on the description, only the part number which apparently nobody has. Wouldn't want to do business with this company again.

  • Satisfied

3rd set and just a break from riding.

Things are looking good. Especially when loading the boat at night, but that's easy to break. This is the 3rd set I have worn. The first set broke on the left, the other 2 on the right. The first time I thought maybe he hit something or the son ran her over, but this is the second time I've been on the road, Indy never hit him. They just collapsed walking down the street. Next time I'll do another full route with a different guy. Too much money to just get away from rocking down the road at 60…

Don't repeat my mistake.

I was looking at this bar with a threaded nut attached to the L-Bracket. My trailer's taillights are attached to heavy corner irons, so I can understand why two holes would be drilled when only one would suffice for the bar itself. BIG MISTAKE! If you remove the large nut at the end of the lightbar, the small electrical wires will break. Immediately spoiled 1 bar. I connected a 2nd light bar with 2 holes drilled and ordered another set to complete the installation keeping 1 light bar as a…
