Flawed Spinner, Disappointing Purchase

As my tests showed, this exercise wheel simply does not spin PROPERLY .My hamster has trouble using it and seems frustrated. On the plus side, it is a nice size and design. However, the flawed spinning mechanism makes this a disappointing purchase..

Works well on exercise bikes

I used to have a red Kaytee Silent Spinner for my two gerbils until they chewed off the yellow part holding it on their back. This wheel has worked great and I've never had any problems other than they eating it up and rendering it unusable. This wheel is exactly the same size as the Kaytee wheel which is great for my gerbils. At first I thought it was normal because I saw my gerbils walking on it.
