Solid Investment for Turntable Enthusiasts

This universal mount headshell is a must-have for any turntable enthusiast LOOKING to upgrade their setup... It's durable and sleek design ensures reliable performance without compromising on aesthetics. The headshell is also compatible with a wide range of cartridges making it a versatile addition to your home audio system. Unfortunately, the price point may be a bit steep for those new to the world of turntables and electronics. Overall, this product is a solid investment for avid vinyl…

Pros
  • Easy to install on most turntables.
Cons
  • Requires extra purchase of cartridge and stylus.

Not impressed with body pins

I've been looking for a good body with azimuth and offset adjustment for a long time. I saw Audio Technica and it seemed like a good design to me. When I mounted my Denon DL103 on it and tried to slide the body wires over the pickup pins, the wires barely touched the pins. I had to play around with the leads and crimp them before putting them on the cartridge pins. I've used several other shells (Universal, Jelco, Ortofon) and never had this problem. Anyone who does this type of installation…

Pros
  • Equipped with OFC lead wires adjustable barrel offers fine azimuth and offset adjustment
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors
