Auna Trash good for internet radio

I bought two of these radios just over two years ago. They worked great. On my advice, my wife bought a third one less than a year ago. It also worked great. That was before April 2020. Then all three radios stopped working almost simultaneously. It's like they're all programmed to leave in April 2020. Now they are only good for pulling up the auna logo. Everything is fine with my WiFi system. I have a download speed of over 100 Mbit/s in my house. We still have a Bose internet radio that has…

Nice radio with rich sound and the bass gives it the perfect charm

I was looking for internet radio because I didn't like my Bluetooth speaker and I'm always on Spotify. I didn't know what to expect but as soon as I started playing music on it I was literally blown away. The sound is so rich and the subwoofer adds really nice bass. Do you know that some speakers have too much bass that drowns out the music, or too little that it doesn't add it? This one fits right in the middle. I was afraid the quality would degrade when you turned it on, but it sounded just…

Good WiFi radio for compact radios and stereo systems

This auna 150 BK arrived yesterday and was connected to the WiFi with very little effort - it connected without entering a key/password. If you turn the radio off completely using the toggle switch on the back of the radio and turn it back on, the radio will reconnect after about 20 seconds. Turning it off with the front button connects it to the last station it was on almost instantly. The radio is heavy for its size and has a pleasant sound. The VHF receiver picks up stations with some…

Great sound quality and features!

Great set! Bought to replace the Logitech Squeezebox when Logitech disabled the nameserver that made them work. Auna does NOT need such a server, just enter streaming station URLs directly and then give them human-readable names. auna is currently using a server, but the device continues to work even when it is switched off. The device is well made, easy to use, has many practical functions and excellent sound quality. I strongly recommend NOT to buy streaming radio. it depends entirely on the…

Pros
  • Stable test results

  • Secret

My little brother was recently diagnosed with dementia which disrupts normal life in many ways. His wife's research showed that music could be beneficial for people like him. The question arose: what kind of device could we use so that my brother could choose what he wanted to hear. Echo/Alexa was there, but unfortunately it can't send the simple voice command that Alexa needs. My hope was to program this radio to stream the music he loved. A few hours of work with him showed that he wants and…

Really cool device with good features and great sound

Really cool machine with good features and great sound. However, it has an obvious weakness. The alarm on this thing isn't particularly easy to use. Too easy to turn off when you're napping. It's a design flaw, but the real faux pas is that it doesn't have a battery backup. If there is a power failure in the house, the device switches itself off. That means this thing is utterly useless as an alarm clock, because who can afford to rely on a device that doesn't work when you've got a power surge

Pros
  • All-in-1: If Internet radio is not enough, the player has an analogue FM receiver. The RDS function also offers you useful additional content such as: artist, title, album, genre and news.
Cons
  • Not bad

Good sound; some important questions.

This device has a good, not amazing Sound...not bright, not boomy, but more balanced than I've heard from sub-$75 Bluetooth speakers, for example, and the sound is noticeably better than the Sangean WFR-28, which uses the same menu structure from Frontier Nuvola (formerly Frontier Silicon ). Customers will benefit by reading the manual CAREFULLY to understand the parameters and functions. Those who seem like an intuitive device with no learning curve are out of luck. GOOD: - Above average…

good product, highly recommended -

I've had Auna for about a week and thought I could share my thoughts. It's well thought out. It matters and the fit and finish is pretty good. The knobs are cheap plastic, but the body is nice wood. It has 3 speakers, 2 side speakers and an overhead woofer, assuming you can call a 3 inch speaker a woofer. The TFT screen is small. The icons on the screen are recognizable but difficult for old eyes to read from a distance. The time and date writing is visible up close, but not across the room…

Pros
  • HiFi update: This internet radio offers professional sound from two 2.5" full range speakers and an additionally supported 3" woofer.
Cons
  • Reliability
