I like these towels. We don't use paper towels, so I use them for everything at home. We've used them to clean up the mess, wipe down tables, clean dust, everything. We have seven children, so there is a lot to clean up. We wash them with all the towels we use at home so they fade and look great with every wash. Just know that they bleed when you blush. These rags were great. There are a lot of them, so we spread them around the house. 10 in the garage, 5 in each car, then 5 in the bathroom/kitchen cleaning bag. After they were washed, they cleaned and polished our steel and chrome well. After washing and drying, no pile remains and the fabric shrinks, making the weave nice and tight. I bought three sets of these towels (2 white and 1 blue) and I think it's a great way to go paperless. I originally bought the first set because we were using too many paper towels and I was tired of wasting that money.
