Received in the mail a week ago. Arrived very well packaged. The instructions were clear but if you ordered them I'm sure you know how they work. I wiped the surface with water, then alcohol wipes. I let it dry and glued the letters. They have the weight and feel, of course they don't feel cheap. They stuck to my truck fairly easily. They line up really well so just take your time. My first impression was great. The letters appeared to be very well made of high quality metal. The packaging was great, each letter in a separate slot/cutout in the foam box. The adhesive backing proved to be of good quality - although time and conditions will tell how it will hold up - and I was able to apply the letters within fifteen minutes of receiving the package.
