🚪 AVS 91114 Stepshield Black Door Sill Protector, 4-Piece Set for 2004-2008 Ford F-150 SuperCrew Review

Put them on my 2013 Ford F150 SuperCrew and they almost match the factory door sills. a workpiece. A little cheap in the way they attach with small strips of 3M tape but I've had them for almost a year now and they haven't budged or moved. A good find if you're looking for a Ford painted rocker protector that the factory doesn't supply.

Fits my 2014 F150 Lariat Supercrew pickup. The pattern of the diamond-shaped plate is coordinated in color and pattern with the factory window sills. They look very factory. There is an additional rounding in the area of the protective strip. I placed my front covers just ahead of this area, which is about 2 1/2 inches in front of the trailing edge of the factory sill. Two short pieces work well. The long pieces do NOT fit my 05 F150 as advertised. I would have to shorten them to make it work. I'll cut them off so no problem but other people were right about the tape holding them in place. It is difficult to remove the white coating on the tape without leaving large chunks. The tape will tear if you tear it off. Buy double-sided tape and stick it on the parts before installation. Overall nice parts though, definitely cheaper than Ford parts! Once installed…

I bought these to protect the speed bumps on my 2013 F-150. Most mentioned that the included ribbon leaves something to be desired. Not only that, the tape protection didn't really peel off on me.
