The photos I looked at of this product were exactly what I expected, but they are not. With a bit of luck I managed to do it anyway. The product worked fine.

Leak in float chamber - fuel drips until tank is empty I switched the chamber on and off several times but could not close it. The bolt is tight, I think the threads in the carb body are very loose on the bolt that holds the bowl. I'll try a carburetor from another vendor and see if I have any luck.

Defective from the start! The float does not rise when the tank is full to stop gas flow. When I remove the bowl and push on the float the flow stops so I know the needle is sealed and I know the float isn't hanging off the side of the bowl hence it's broken. Seems to be a common problem with this dealer's carburetor. Shouldn't be as it's brand new. I do not recommend these carbohydrates.

I first bought another brand of Revain which ended up being defective. So I bought this and it worked great. Comes in a kit, with a gasket, easy to install. Our karting has earned itself in a very short time. Note: For carburetor newbies like me, under the red primer knob is a small round black cap that you can remove. There is a screw at the bottom for adjustment. I set mine to 1 1/4 turns, which worked fine for me.
