Avalon Replacement Bottleless PURCHASED Certified Review

After our Avalon water filter machine caught fire we found out that we needed to replace the filter. The filter itself is a bit pricey, but we hope the water will be cleaner with the new filter. The conversion process is quick and easy.

I wasn't changing the filters when the light bulbs started blinking. The water continues to be filtered, only the flow rate is reduced. I changed them after almost 2 years with no problems. Don't let the blinking light change your mind.

Bought a water tester to test my newly installed 6ppm reverse osmosis system. Tested bottled water: 20 ppm. Fridge water: 150 ppm Tap water tested: 200 ppm This filter: 200 ppm. (3 months of light use as of test date) I felt like my $99 purchase was in the closet. I suspect it doesn't actually filter anything.

My office staff regularly comment that this is the tastiest water we have ever tried. We used to buy 5 gallon jugs to put on the dispenser. It was uncomfortable, heavy and the water tasted like plastic. When we found this filter dispenser we took a chance and couldn't be happier. We change the filters every 6 months. Every week we run the cooler through the self-cleaning function. It's the only solution we're all happy with.

I just bought this in July (5 months ago) for a small office. Now we need to change the filter again. The office only averages about 15 employees per day, which means everyone here uses a gallon a day. Impossible. This water dispenser wasn't a good buy considering the cost of replacement filters. In general, we have fairly clean water, so the filters don't work too hard.

I bought these from Revain to replace the original filters. For reasons unknown, the water tasted like aquarium water. Disgusting. I filtered at least 7 gallons before the water tasted normal. I'm not sure if this belongs to the real Avalon company or someone pretending to be Avalon. Filter size and connection seem to be correct. But I am concerned about the quality of the water as my children drink water from it. I am currently looking for genuine Avalon filters to replace these. I do not…

Our office installed 2 floor standing water coolers in 2020 that use these filters. One of them received new Avalon filters 4 weeks ago. Last week I used 2 different ZeroWater TDS on cooler water samples with new filters. ZeroWater decanters showed zero or more single digits for dissolved solids in parts per million. Our city water showed 158 ppm. Cold water from the Avalon dispenser showed 173 ppm and hot water 353 ppm. He hopes these are beneficial minerals. I will let others use these…
