I've tried many eye makeup removers and I keep coming back to this one. Easy to use, no cotton pad required. Apply a small amount to your finger and wipe your eyes. The make-up is easy to wash off and does not sting the eyes. If it goes on sale, I'll buy a few bottles. I also gave it away as a Christmas stocking. Try it, you will like it.

I've been using this product for many years and I love it. Since it's a lotion, it keeps your eyes hydrated while you remove heavy makeup. All you have to do is apply, blot a little and use a tissue, cotton, linen or whatever you choose to gently blot and smudge. I've found the higher level makeup removal to be a bit more difficult but doable, no pulling or roughness, just repeat the process again. Good product!

Washes off mascara and eye shadow when applied a small amount of a coin-sized amount to a slightly damp cotton swab. You may need to add a little more for the other eye. Does not burn, does not burn, does not irritate. Very satisfied Some time later. I still use it and still love it! The BEST eye makeup remover. Very effective, gentle and moisturizing. You won't want to use anything else.

I have been using Avon Eye Makeup Remover for over 45 years. I tried others but ended up throwing them away. It acts like a lotion, wiping off all of my eyeliner, eyeshadow, brow pencil and mascara, thoroughly cleansing and leaving my delicate skin around my eyes soft and hydrated.

I like this eye makeup remover. I use it to remove makeup including foundation. It's very affordable and does a good job. That's all I use except water to cleanse my face at night. I have been using it for several years now and have never had any problem with my skin after using it.
