I did NOT receive a genuine Paul Mitchell product. As soon as I received it, I opened it up to take a look. It didn't have the signature scent that this product should have. Also, the shampoo was so runny and watery! As soon as I opened it, the shampoo started pouring out of the bottle. NEVER AGAIN I will be ordering from Beauty in Style. I have used this salon bought shampoo many times but thought it would be more convenient to order from Revain. I had to send it back but I was so disgusted I just didn't want to deal with it.
