Great toy for small animals

The toy was great. The platform and ladder are too small for my chinchilla, but he liked the other toys. I have to say that I had to be careful because as soon as he chewed on the orange part of the carrot toy, there was styrofoam inside which is definitely not suitable for these little animals to eat.

Great toy for rats

My rats love toys. The ladder that comes with it is very short and doesn't stick to the cage very well (the hooks are too small). That's really my only complaint. I still managed to use it. I think you could just take the old ones out, screw in bigger hooks if you wanted, but overall you can't beat the price.

Returning for misrepresentation

Very misleading on many levels. We didn't get any ladder or apple sticks at all. A rope ball and rope carrot were in styrofoam and glue to hold them together. One form of twigs was with plastic ties. The fact that it's pine seems like an important fact that should be bolded. You'll have to return as none of the parts seem to be trustworthy. These can be decorations, but it is dangerous for a pet to chew and play with them.

Pine is poisonous to most rodents, be careful!

Disclaimer: I did not fully read the description before buying. Received the toy today, opened the package and immediately noticed a strong pine smell. Some of the toys in the box are not pine so I can benefit from them once I air them out, but I am very disappointed that someone is making and selling toys that could potentially infect pets. Lesson learned. Always read the descriptions carefully. The seller stated this directly in the description, so I cannot blame him for the error. I just…
