No noise reduction

No noise reduction. First test drive in the city and on the highway, I couldn't understand the driver. I could hear shifting, wind, and freeway noise, but the voice wasn't clear or intelligible. When I wasn't riding a motorcycle, just wearing a helmet, my voice was clear.
