👍 Printer ink and toner

I printed 1 page and it says that the ink is running out. However, they accepted my return and replaced it asap. The new one works great

Not fully compatible

I bought this product because I thought it would be fully compatible with my HP Jet Pro M404m printer. It is not. Even after installation, the printer continues to signal a low cartridge level. This window appears after each print job on your computer until you delete it. It's annoying. According to the instructions, this is normal. Speaking of installation, you'll need to transfer the software chip from your previous HP cartridge to the new Aztech cartridge you just bought for it to work. If…

Excellent customer service

Although the chip is not in the toner cartridge itself, this is not a major problem. We simply replaced it with an original HP cartridge (it didn't take long) and that's it. The company responds very quickly to questions and immediately tells us what we need to do. I will order again!
