The support from the team has been excellent - nothing to dislike here. I've used them as an agency for several years, but when our contract ended we wanted to move to direct hire at B.Telligent. It's been a smooth process (no issues so far), but I would like to see some more transparency around pricing. We're looking at hiring multiple people and it was unclear what their rates are. I like that it's relatively easy to implement, especially if you have experience working with BI tools from other platforms (Excel). It also has very good support which helps when getting stuck. Some of the features are only available through an account manager, but there isn't anything wrong with using them as long as they can be managed via phone or email. We've been using them to improve our existing BI platform (SAP B1) by designing better user experience, exploring new technologies like AI/ML etc., solving complex problems related around data availability / governance issues from time-to error rate perspective or latency of getting realtime insights out as compared against historical reports available within SAP system itself!
