I love the product! I’ve bought it a few times, however the pump was cracked/ broken. Nicole and Brizee got in touch with me and are sending me 2 new pumps! They stand behind their products and are indeed on top of their reviews. Next time I’ll buy straight from their website! I couldn’t ask quick and fast response! Thank you!

The conditioner was sent WITHOUT the pump for the bottle. So you have to unscrew and dump someIn hand. I read in a couple reviews the same thing happened- but i just figure it couldn’t be a normal thing . But it is. Other thing that i like product so far. I just think I’m going to be wasting a lot with the way I’m having to get it out now.

Waste of money. Absolutely no volumizing. The pump on the bottle is awful, it barely works. It’s easier to just take it off and shake the shampoo out on your hands. Will not buy again. I think it’s for their teenage girl fans.

Nicole and Brizee is by far the best shampoo and conditioner set I’ve ever used. I normally have the greasiest hair after one day of not washing it. I am so obsessed with this brand.

Hard to pump out. Bottles are cheap plastic and pumps. Scent is just ok. Not great quantity for the amount of money. May weigh down fine hair.

I love this product, my hair was light and fresh after using it! It smells like rose water and the bottles are cute in my shower.

The pump is horrible, it only lets a dime size amount come out and it doesn’t automatically go up fast, i have to pull it up to push it down to get more product. I only use it on my roots so hard to say about softness. but my hair does look fuller which is nice, going to try to conditioner with.

This does make my very fine hair seem thicker. I would recommend. As others have said it doesn’t suds up really well but that is not a big deal to me

I love the smell of this shampoo. Both the shampoo and conditioner! Makes my hair so shiny and soft. But the reason why I gave it such a low grading is because the shampoo is thick. It takes forever toPump out the shampoo. Did something happen with the formula to make it thicker? Would be easier thanA slow once a pump every 3 seconds. At least the conditioner pumps a lot quicker than the shampoo. May have to consider another shampoo that isn’t as thick and keep the conditioner and living…

I tried this after trying the core line-which was great but the scent was so overpowering it triggered migraines.It worked so well, besides the scent, i decided to purchase this since it had a different scent makeup. It still works great for frizz and softness. I noticed i have an extreme decrease of fall out. I would lose a ridiculous amount in the shower and out of, and now i get like 5 strands in the shower if that. I think i prefer the core formula it helps more with frizz but this does the

I’ve been using the regular shampoo and conditioner so I decided to try the volume line. I definitely see a difference in my hair. This line is a game changer for me. It has completely transformed my hair. I have never been able to skip a wash until I started to use the Nicole and brizee line and now i can skip washes and my hair looks great on day three!These products have changed my life. I was so embarrassed about my hair but not anymore.
