I use this in my 5 year old Graco backpack and play. It perfectly matches the included current seal. I gave it 4 runs because it sags a bit in the middle, but I think that's because the pack itself and the game doesn't have much support in the middle. I just flip it every now and then. My 10 month old sleeps much better at night. It's easy to take to your mother-in-law for her to wrap up and play with. The sheet fits perfectly on it. I am very happy with my purchase, I would recommend it.

UPDATE: Don't worry about this mattress. It's less than 1 inch thick, too small for regular packaging, and in less than 6 months it's torn in multiple places. My son doesn't play or jump in his backpack; We only use it to sleep. Despite slight wear, it wrapped around the edges. I also found my son under the mattress twice as the mattress folds easily. We've had this mattress for 7 months now and I don't know why we didn't buy it sooner. Bought this to pack and play with when we travel with LO; He sleeps in his crib all night but always wakes up 30 minutes later in PnP and I'm pretty sure it's the firmness of the mattress. In terms of sleep quality, the thing works great - my LO slept through the night.
