They are great and very absorbent. They fit my 40lb 2 year old well and he is very wet. I've had no issues with them and they work great under his wool blankets (sold separately elsewhere).

After months of trying to keep my very heavy wet clothes dry at night I came across these. Unfortunately, despite the product description, they don't work with Snappies, but their absorbency makes up for that tenfold. I bought a toddler size that is too long to just put in a case so I cut it down and use it as a daily doubler. (Pens work well but my little one shakes too much for me to use them comfortably.) But so-so glad I did. Oh God. old. If he didn't poop when he woke up in the morning, it probably would have been on his mind since 8 p.m. until noon the next day without: odor, leakage, rash, NOTHING. They are so dry (absorbent) when changing. Plus, he no longer gets that nasty teething rash with them. I make almost minimum wage part-time and work (very) hard for my money. Cost aside, I'm glad I finally found something worth the ridiculous money spent.
