Simple enough to decorate

Looks like a pretty solid bag, but the addition of pins and chains makes it even more appealing. What confuses us the most is the thin, cool lining, which I don't think is because it's supposed to be waterproof. I paid about $16 with the code but I personally can't say it's worth it.
