I bought a pink and black backpack from you. The black bag was in excellent A+ condition and I fell in love with it. On the other hand, Pink is very upset about this purchase. There is no shoulder strap in the bag and there is a tear in one of the backpack straps! Items must be 100% checked before shipping!

I love, I love this bag. I love it very much! Practical travel compartments. The size is ok, not too big, not too small, just what I was looking for. But I'm returning it with a heavy heart. The bag is too heavy due to the padding used, hence the cheap look of the bag. . It's empty, but already heavy. How much larger if items fit inside? I would like a better material for this type of bag.

I love this bag! I was looking for something smaller but love the color and style and have no regrets. I like the small back pocket that holds my phone and is more secure when traveling. I really liked the strap too, such a lovely pattern. The only thing I wanted was for the back straps to be tucked in or clipped together. But I used it for a week while traveling and I didn't care.
