I recently purchased a color ribbon for my printer, and I was extremely disappointed with the results. My analysis of this product showed that it produces faded and dull colors, making my documents look unprofessional. While it may work decently for casual home use, I wouldn't recommend it for computers used in a business setting.

I had to print one side twice to get a sufficiently dark card. Also, it claims to give you 100 prints, but I only average 65-75 prints. When I contacted the seller I was told that sometimes he misses. Given the price, that shouldn't happen.

We always order backup so we don't have to wait for it to run out when it runs out. I wanted to add a new one and it was folded in such a way that the top of the card was cut off. I had to unroll half of the ribbon before it printed properly. Because we've waited so long to use it, the window for a replacement or refund is now closed. Not sure how to fix this for the future but not happy at the moment.
