Terrible Design Flaw: Pulling or tugging will bend the bag. Can't get up alone. Better get a sturdy case top to bottom and I'll get it back as soon as I get home. I bought the BagBoy T10 in 2007 and only had to replace it this year because the 'pull' handle detached from the hard case. I had to change wheels every 12 years. I was happy to see that the handle is now part of the body. I have used the new bag once and it was the same as the previous model.
