Lasted 16 months before straps broke but slippery zippers and otherwise great, will buy again!

This was a good bag but I only used it for 16 months before the straps started coming loose from the seam. One strap is now hanging by a thread, and the other is also starting to come loose, so I'm buying a different brand this time. *Update* I tried another brand with a gold metal zipper which is not smooth and not comfortable to scratch with your fingers when you reach into it. Now I will buy this wallet again because the zippers were smooth and not rough. This time I just have to try not to…

Not what I expected.

The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that the wrapping of the bag was very dirty. I opened the package and the package was dirty too. I had to fix the zippers as none of them worked properly. I bought it in gray and it looks more like light lavender than grey. The bag is badly crumpled. Good for the price: bags and purses

color as in the picture (I bought dark blue). This is a good size for everyday use as a bag. Quality made (looks expensive). A few things to note though: the zip pocket on the back isn't deep enough for my smartphone (I have a Samsung s7), the 'gold' ends of the clasp dangling from the zip look a bit cheesy, and the bear that comes with it looks cheap (there was a tacky trail of dried glue where the bow was attached to the bear. Nice purse but with a broken zipper.

So I would give this bag 5 stars but the zipper has teeth a tiny distance from the zipper. You can't see it unless you already know where the break in the lightning is. So when I unzipped/zipped again. There was a spot where the zipper left a hole when I closed my wallet. So I reopened the wallet and then zipped it up and now the zip on the wallet is FULLY closed.
