Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice as a professional chef, I can confidently say that this stockpot is one of the worst I've ever encountered. The material is thin and flimsy, resulting in poor heat distribution and constant burning of the contents inside. The only pro is that it's easy to clean, but that's not worth the expense for a product that can't even do its intended job properly. Save yourself the frustration and invest in a higher quality pot.

So two stars because it arrived exactly as described. However, when I pulled the top to open it, the small handle broke with almost no effort. Calling this restaurant quality is a joke. It's not even worth coming back for, so I'll use it as a target. I do not recommend.
