Great product. Customer service is excellent. Customization options are extensive.

This is a great product. The customer support is outstanding. My initial setup was a bit difficult but once I was able to figure out the process the rest was easy. Now I have all the reports I need and can easily access any part of my data without the need to export and import. Also the ability to create custom fields for reports and the ability to filter by these custom fields is something that would not have been possible with any other software.   • Customization of your own excel sheet is very easy.
  • You don't have to create complex queries that will make you cry!

We are a small business and we needed a simple accounting package that could handle our needs.

Our experience was good, friendly, fast and efficient service, good technical support (as per the request) and very flexible to make the required adjustments. My main issue with this software is that it is expensive compared to other similar products. But overall, its an effective tool and a great solution for small businesses and startups.   • There is always someone available to answer questions via email.
  • There is also a dedicated website which makes things much easier when you do have a query.
Cons
  • The fees were a little high, although I believe the service was worth it.
  • The software was a little buggy at times.
  • The fact that they had to pay to have an SSL certificate added to their website was not ideal.
