Less than it seems

It's made of high quality material but much smaller than it looks. I bought this for my 10 year old daughter but it's so tight she can't get it over her head. It's stretchy but doesn't offer enough stretch to wear comfortably over the head. It just fits my 4 year old.

Pros
  • Bought for winter skiing. Our family liked her. Great price for a great super soft warm face cover.
Cons
  • The incision is uncomfortable - it digs into the eyelid, too tight around the nose and mouth. It hurts and won't let me breathe.

Great for the wind best in my rating

This mask worked great to protect my 2 year old from the wind. It didn't do much to warm her face in cold temperatures, so I wouldn't recommend it on very cold days. To give some context, we were outside in 10 to 25 degrees and it didn't help, but when it was a bit warmer (40) and windy it helped.

  • Perfect fit for our 12 year old granddaughter. She uses it when riding her 4 wheeler and it doesn't interfere with her helmet.
Cons
  • Limited color options may not meet all children's preferences.

Not thick at first and difficult to apply.

It is very thin and more of a thin fabric for moisture than anything that provides warmth. My 4 year old daughter also had a very hard time understanding this. It can be worn in different ways; over the mouth and nose, lower the part of the mouth to the neck, and then in the form of a scarf.

  • Ordered the smallest and it's still big for my 3 year old. I'll save it for the future when she goes to ski school.

Fur. They will work I think

They kept us warm while being dry. However, they absorb moisture and since they are very thin, this is not the best combination. especially when skiing

Happy with the purchase

Bought for my daughter to use outside in cold weather. Planned return as it arrived dirty and was a bit big but after washing and drying it fits her better and the dirt came out. Overall satisfied and I think we will be using it for a few more years.

The chemical smell is so strong my kid couldn't wear it!

When the balaclava arrived my daughter tried it on. She took it off immediately because it smelled so strongly of chemicals. I washed it several times but she still complained every time so I had to return it.

Didn't fit us

I thought I could live it but I didn't. It doesn't fit my child's face well (I have a large 4 year old) - so my mouth and nose were still cold and I was having a hard time getting better. Shame they just didn't make old stretch ski masks - I don't need any of the 12 ways to wear - I'm lucky if I can sit on my child long enough to wear one style!

Ideal for sports in cold weather!

This product is great for cold weather sports. My daughter used "Winter Windorpoof Warmer Fack Mask Kids Balaclava Ski Mask for Toddler, Boys, Girls Skiing, Snowboarding and Cycling" for skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing. This mask is highly breathable yet warm. And it's very convenient, nothing pricks and pricks. The color is great too. It got wet a few times but my daughter stayed dry the whole time! All in all, this is a great cold weather mask. 5 Stars!

Warm, soft and very comfortable for winter snowball fights!

Media failed to load. We love these masks for skiing and playing in the snow! Today I took my two youngest to play in the snow and she was delighted to put on her nr ski mask! She held it to her chin until she got too cold, then pulled it up her chin until she felt a little warm. It is very soft and warm and fits her four year old head/face perfectly. It's just the right thickness. She loved him so much because it kept her warm. She didn't even take it off until her hot chocolate was ready. I…
