Be careful to pour water. Easy to set up. It's easier if you inflate the balloons to a medium size. There are no instructions on how to use the balloon tie gadget. The only downside is that once you insert the top balloon, it pops out. So make sure you don't use a lot.

It's not very stable even after putting water on the bottom but it did the job. I will be using it for an outdoor event and am very nervous that it will stand on its own without leaning. It's easy to assemble.

This bottle dispenser set offers excellent value for money. PVC pipes are easy to assemble / disassemble. Some of the included clips were broken, but you can still get them to work. See photo of my first attempt at "practice the column!"

Easy to assemble. I've found clippers to be very useful for organizing balloons. I did a dry run to make sure I knew how to assemble the stand and finish the balloon design I wanted. Directions are just pictures but still enough. It seems best to be installed indoors.

I had a few problems - I filled the bottom with water first and it leaked. I ended up filling the balloons with water and using them to hold the bleachers. I think next time I'll cover the bases with sand. Also, I had to use hot glue to make sure the pieces held. I thought the price was cheap so I didn't really mind that I had to do a bit of DIY.

Please don't do it! Waste of money and if I got the missing parts. When I opened the box it only had 9 bars so one would be shorter than the other if I used all I could only use 4 on each side but I bought them for the height. Another thing is that even the "weight" below is filled, it's so flimsy and doesn't really stand, it tilts to the side when inflating the balloons. It is better to leave the balls alone!
