Balloons keep popping. Inside the red ball is a black ball. The black balloon either had holes and would not inflate, or it burst inside the red balloon. They didn't look like metal, only the black ball made it so that the red ball couldn't be seen through.

The balloons arrived before the scheduled arrival date. However, they are not at all as described or pictured. These are not metal balls. They are not ruby red. They are simply black balloons placed inside a red balloon, turning them dark red. After the explosion, you can clearly see the black sphere inside the red sphere. Not what I was looking for.

These are probably the worst quality balloons I've ever bought. You are absolute junk! They're double, one inside the other, and the red on top is sooo thin you can literally see black dots through it, making it look awful. And once you inflate them, the red will pop. We had more than half of the backpack burst out of the red layer within 30 minutes of inflation, so all we got were black balloons. Don't buy if you don't want cheap black balloons all over your arch.
