The only good thing about these balloons is the color. When fully inflated they are very small, like little water balloons! They popped up very easily and were terrible for the price. Better quality dollar store balloons than these. Disappointing and waste of money. Of course I can't return the balloons, otherwise I would!

These balloons arrived on time and were easy to inflate. However, they break so easily. We couldn't even figure out why they randomly appeared after being blown up. I tried blowing up smaller balloons so they don't touch the ground etc. I think they are very flimsy. Be careful if you need something important. I hope mine lasts until morning.

I received 99 balls 26 red 38 blue 34 green 1 black These are definitely not 13" balls. These are maybe 10 inch balloons if you are brave and don't mind them popping when inflated. All in all, that's probably enough for my needs - these are functional balloons, mostly in 3 colors, which I ordered and arrived on time for the event.

Waste of money. They were blown to the smallest balls within an hour and a half. I tried to save money by renting a helium tank (not cheap!) and buying balloons to fill myself up thinking I'd have way more than buying them all pre-filled at the local store. They deflated considerably before anyone arrived at my sons' party and most of them emerged or landed on the floor at the end of the party. I bought a set of 100. red, white and blue balloons for his 4th of July Arch and was disappointed with the quality of the balloons. There were 42 reds, 41 whites, 16 blues and 1 random pink, it was my fault for assuming there was an even number of 3 colors. These balloons were very flimsy and would pop if you tried to inflate them up to 13 inches. The worst of the worst, of the worst. The party hadn't even started yet, and more than half of the balloons suddenly popped without anyone touching them. I had to guess because they didn't stretch very much when inflated. Now my whole baby theme looks ugly at her party. I have no other spare balls. Didn't cost much and did exactly what it was supposed to. However, I'm only giving it 2 stars because 1) the instructions are terrible and 2) the glue dots are a joke. If you look at the instructions on YouTube, they will ask you to put dots in the connectors. However, if you do this, it will be impossible to put hoses on it. I bought it for a party. They arrived the week I used them. The night before the party I opened the vacuum bag and found the balloons to be a bit brittle/dry unlike regular latex balloons. Unfortunately, when I started inflating them, I found that they were not very elastic and burst very easily. In addition, the number of balloon colors was far away!
