It says Cheers, NOT Bride-to-be. Not all letters are present for "Hi". I will not buy again. The letters are cheap and very thin. Very disappointed. I want to return the money.

Very difficult to inflate. If you cut the straw at an angle it will be much easier to break the seal and let air into the balloons! We almost had to throw them out because we tried so many times to inflate them and couldn't get past the seal!

I'm pleasantly surprised at how good these balloons are for the price. I was afraid it would be too small, but it's a decent size. It was easy to inflate and assemble, and you get a lot of rope so you can place the letters however you like.

These balloons were the highlight of my decorations and they are the perfect size for my situation! The only criticism is the missing inflation instructions! It took me a while to figure out that the straw that comes with it needs to be pushed into the balloon fairly firmly at the spot indicated, and then the balloon needs to be pushed down to close it again once inflated! The straw didn't survive the sliding process as it was flimsy, but I managed!

It's difficult to put a straw in a bunch of letters (which don't look like letters when they arrive, so you'll have to inflate them first to find out if they're all there). It would be nice to have a spare stainless steel straw or similar nearby in case the plastic straw fails. They couldn't stand the 80 degree sun but we took photos in the morning so everything was fine. It smells awful when you smack her, so do it outside.

These balloons are awesome! To be honest for the price I didn't expect them to work and they totally exceeded my expectations! It looked beautiful and lasted all night (pictured 24 hours after inflation). It's a bit tricky to inflate, you have to make a little effort to push the straw in or it won't go into the balloon. but you can't press too hard, otherwise the balloon will break. I recommend taking a metal straw with you in case the plastic one breaks (mine broke and I was glad I had a metal
