So close but needs reworking

We ordered this bag and unfortunately sent it back. It was so close to being absolutely amazing. Bag straps are too small. They were right on my arm and I didn't like the backpack straps. The insulated side pocket was very small and I could barely get my small hand in. And finally, only two dirty cloth diapers fit in, and the pocket was just in the wrong place. He took the whole bag. We're sorry we didn't make it.
