The bag broke after only 2 weeks!

Daughter loved this backpack and was so happy to use it but after only 2 weeks of use it began to unravel at the zipper seam. I asked a third party for a replacement as it was a manufacturing defect and it was only used a few weeks and I attached pictures and they told me it was too long for me and they didn't want to help.
