I really like this storage box and case. The only problem I have is that one side of the top is broken so the lid won't snap into place. Didn't know how to rate this so it might be four stars.

I had high hopes for them, especially given the name Bankers Box, whose boxes I used exclusively in my law office. Ordered three to move family files to a new home. I was surprised how thin they are but they make it easy to store suspension files. However, after lifting it up 3 times, the lid cracked on the underside. So disappointed. The only positive thing was that they came in very nice boxes which were more convenient to transport than the cheap plastic ones.

At the moment these bins seem perfect for the project I'm working on, which basically consists of organizing my kids' paperwork and drawings. I bought three of these and they all arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I bought the suspension files separately and the files fit perfectly in the bins - perfect fit! Hardly suitable for file bankers. What I find totally unacceptable is that two handles - one at each end of the box - come loose which poses some safety hazard. Once they come loose you can't reinstall them and get them to stay in place. You can carry this file box and the handle just detaches and the file box falls on you. Or, even worse, you can trip over the box and accidentally drop files, which is definitely a security risk for everyone. If you don't have a permanent place for these boxes…
